Specifications

• The Elite 2000™® systems is manufactured from compressed fibre cement
• Division Panels are 15mm thick to the height required, jointed horizontally using brass dowels, epoxy resin glue and flushed
• Frontals and nibs shall be 18mm thick. The joining of the frontals to the division panels shall be dowelled, epoxy glued and flushed
• The internal corners of the frontals and the division panels a bead of epoxy resin is moulded into the corner crevasse to a 10mm radius, climating angle on the internal corners.
• Partitions and nib are fixed to rear using aluminium channels. Frontals are dowelled to the floor. Partitions are to be dowelled prior to or after tiling.
• Doors are made from HMR/MDF or in some areas exterior grade ply doors.
• Supplied and fixed by AMK Fabricators teams of specialist.
• Hardware can be concealed on the outside at the frontals and doors to present a clean appearance.
• All partitions and doors are pre-painted with a two-pack polyurethane paint or a laminate colour of choice can be used.
• Aluminium channels are clear anodised or pre painted to match partitions.
• Frontal widths and clearance between floor partitions can vary to requirement between toilets and showers and adjacent to urinals, partition should extend to the floor

• In addition to our wide range of colours,the Elite 2000™®   system can now be finished with the “Elite Fleck” finish using our two-pack polyurethane paint, pre-applied at our factory
